I'm a 30 yr. old female in the United States. I am a certified Optician, and currently I work only 13 hrs. a week, as I have 2 children. Before I had my youngest, I worked between 40-45 hrs. a week in an Opthamologists' office. My husband is in the National Guard full-time and I am able to work part-time until my 2 yr. old starts school.

I LIVE IN THE U.S. AND I DO QUALITY CONTROL. (I TEST THE QUALITY OF ASPHALT). I WORK AN AVERAGE OF 60 HOURS A WEEK....MONDAY THRU FRIDAY.

GRANTED, THERE ARE SOME WEEKS THAT I WORK LONGER AND ALSO HAVE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS. BUT THEN AGAIN, THERE ARE SOME WEEKS WHERE I DON'T WORK THE ENTIRE 60 HOURS. WEATHER IS A HUGE FACTOR IN WHAT I DO.
