Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

80% success rate. Find a therapist who knows how to do it, then do it.
It's the best treated psychiatric condition. In some cases it can improve with antidepressants, but only CBT will really cure it.

The only way you are ever going to get over OCD is at the age of 55 years old you can burn out on it, otherwise sorry to say you will have it for rest of your life. I know i have it too.

it depends how serious it is you could just leave it and see if it goes away- that's what i did and it took about a year and a half, if it starts getting worse you should see or talk to someone about it though
