I'm off to Kracow in four weeks for my stag do and i'm getting t-shirts made for the acasion. I want to but some sayings / descriptions of my friend in polish printed on the back ( some are not for the light harted)

Call at your local Supermarket and get one of those very handy little books. I can help with one: Dubri means 'please', or is it 'thank you'. I'm not going to Poland.

No - but I speak English and I think you mean phrases not Frasers since that is a boys name or a surname. There is also no need for that apostrophe. An apostrophe is used to either indicate a possessive - 'Jane's cat' or the ommission of letters - 'Jane's fat'.

Except light-hearted would be the spelling but not the correct meaning - I think you mean not for the faint-hearted.

I speak Polish, but I don't translate people and I'm not feeling particularly light-hearted at the moment - sorry... Can you speak English, by the way?

Many people speak English in Poland. Ive been to poland its nice. Get a polish dictionary.

A few phrases:
The polish women are most beautiful- Polskie kobiety są najpiękniejsze
I love Poland- Kocham Polskę
I love polish beer- Kocham polskie piwo
etc. :-)

I think it would be a better idea if you were to learn how to write a question in reasonable English before you start to worry about other languages.
