Total time according to the aa route planner is 2hrs 21min
121 miles, should be about £18 petrol
Depends a lot on north or south london, to north or south brum. toll roads (south of darford, m6 toll etc)
Supply more info for an exact cost, but allow about £20, that should be plenty

depends on your vehicle, if you are in a car which is only 950cc then it would be cheaper than a Range Rover 4x4, but if you're in a Ferrarri then at 8 mpg it would be really expensive, however if you were in a catapillared track tractor with a 24 litre twin turbo charged engine at 12 mph doing 2 mpg then break the bank buddy coz at that rate its going to be really expensive. Saw one on top gear, its a monster vehicle

what car engine size, where in london to where in birmingham??

about £30 ish. i live in north london and can do it in £25 a tank return journey

it depends on what type of car u got i'd say about £30/£40
