another difference is in Christian countries abortion is a form of birth control used in a big way. Many Christian countries the focus is on getting the second car, the bigger home, so in turn the family size is smaller and getting smaller. This leaves both parents to work. In Christian countries people think nothing of dumping unwanted old parents in a home, freeing up time to work more and become prosperous. In Islamic countries you don't typically find day cares and very very rarely find old folks home. The emphases is on the family, taking care of your old parents , it would be a sin to dump them in a home. Islamic countries don't practice abortion, if it happens its not legal. Family size is bigger, likely only the man works, family income is lower. Just because you have less money does not mean you are less happy. Basically Islamic countries are focused on the family, taking care of old family members, loving not aborting kids, family not money.

Yes. Countries that are founded on Christian philosophies usually have little to no stumbling blocks regarding freedom and liberty; however, sometimes cultural preferences of the founders can affect forms of discrimination and can lead to misuse of the Word, such as the curse of Ham regarding black people in the 1800s.

Cultures with oppressive religions are very hard to liberate with Christian ideals. Such is the case in the Middle East where concepts such as women's suffrage movement or freedom of religion are hard to implement in a culture where the religion preaches the opposite.

Doug,
I do not believe that GOD spreads HIS BLESSINGS only to the Christians. I do believe that HE answers Christian PRayers and assists as we ask HIM to. I do believe that satan is responsible for the terrible things that happen and anything that is NoT of GOD is of satan. Keep this in mind. Please do not feel that I am putting down ANY religious beliefs just because I am a Christian. I personally believe that Christ was the Messiah of the Old Testament prophesies and is the only one that fulfilled ALL of those prophesies. Have a great day!
Thanks,
Eds
