Try this one. It is really effective and I've proven this!

Weight Loss Diet Program:

This program is designed for a target weight loss of 10-17 lb per week. It will also improve your attitudes and emotions because of its cleansing systematic effects.

The effectiveness of this seven day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value.

This plan can be used as often as you like without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush your system of impurities and give you feeling of well being. After seven days you will begin to feel lighter because you will be lighter by at least 10 lb. You will have an abundance of energy and an improved disposition.

During the first seven days you must abstain from all alcohol.
You must drink 10 glasses of water each day.

Day One: All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially water melon and loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing 3 lb on first day are very good.

Day Two: All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.

Day Three: A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.

Day Four: Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantities.

Day Five: Today is feast day. You will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10oz portions of lean beef. Hamburger is ok. Combine with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.

Day Six: Beef and vegetables. Today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to your heart content.

Day Seven: Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.

Tomorrow morning you will be 10-17 lb lighter than one week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. You may repeat this program as often as you like. However, after the first week it will help your digestion and settle your stomach.

Beverages you may consume while on the program:
1.Water (flavored with lemon/lime if desired)
2.Club Soda is ok
3.Black coffee. No cream or cream substitute. No sugar
or sweetness
4.Black Tea = Herb or Leaf
5.Absolutely nothing else except the fruit juices which
are part of day seven. No fruit juices before day seven.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will recover results than a long manage or swim.

Clever use of low-fat turkey mince, made using the white meat, makes this Italian-style ragu sauce as light as a feather

Servings: 3-4
Level of difficulty: Easy
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
2 tsp Olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/3-1/2 tsp allspice, freshly ground
500g turkey breast mince
400g canned chopped tomatoes
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
400g wholewheat spaghetti
a few shavings of Parmesan cheese, to serve
Salt, and freshly ground black pepper

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a wide saucepan or sauté pan. Add the chopped onion and cook over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until the onion is translucent. Add the garlic and allspice and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until the onions are soft, golden and floppy.

2. Add the turkey breast mince to the pan and raise the heat to moderately high. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes or until the turkey is crumbly and has turned white.

3. Pour in the canned tomatoes and balsamic vinegar and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce is thick and rich.

4. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions or until al dente. Drain and keep warm.

5. Add the chopped parsley to the turkey ragu and stir to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. Toss the sauce and spaghetti together in a large bowl then transfer to serving plates. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper and serve hot immediately.

Always have vegetables on hand. Saute a big bag regarding frozen mixed vegetables in essential olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper as well as turmeric for additional flavor along with separate into portion-sized containers for that fridge.

If you like curry try this. Tin of tomatoes, teaspoonful of Branson Pickle, chopped apple, chopped onion, curry powder to taste and skinless chicken breast. Cook in a large pan on a medium heat for 1 hour 5mins and turn the chicken pieces every 15mins. Serve with boiled brown rice. Its nice enough to give friends who're not dieting and its not bland.

Distracted dining is certain to get you in trouble. Avoid eating before a television or in a movie theater, as you're bound to consume more calories.

Chicken and Dumplings

1 whole chicken
1 bay leaf
2 tsp garlic salt
6 black peppercorns
6 cups of water
1 cup baby carrots
1 package refrigerator biscuits (10 – 12) Lowfat or Regular

Place chicken in crock pot and add everything except carrots. Cook on low for about 8-10 hours. Remove chicken and de-bone. Pour broth into large pot on stove and heat until boiling. Add carrots and cook for 30 minutes. Thicken broth with cornstarch or flour mixed with cold water. Tear refrigerator biscuits into 3-4 pieces each and drop into boiling broth, lower heat and cover. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until biscuits puff up. Add chicken and carrots, stir, and serve.

Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo

1 – 8 oz. Package Philly Cream Cheese (I use the light version – 1/3 less fat), cubed
¾ cup (3 oz.) fresh grated Parmesan cheese (I like De Giorno, don’t use Kraft)
½ cup margarine (I use I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light)
½ cup milk (I use 1% or 2% low fat)
8 oz. fettuccini, cooked, drained (I use the fresh Contadina low fat one)

In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine and milk.
Stir over low heat until smooth. Add to drained fettuccini and toss lightly. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese if desired. Makes 4 servings.

Serving Suggestions:
I serve this with chicken Parmesan, salad, and garlic bread.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

During the baking a cake layer forms on top and a rich chocolate sauce appears on bottom. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream.

1 cup Bisquick (Lowfat or Regular), baking mix or equivalent
1 cup sugar
3 tablspoons plus 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk (Lowfat or Regular)
1 tp vanilla
1 2/3 cup hot water
Powdered sugar (optional)

Mix bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tbs cocoa in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour on water. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 40 minutes or until top is firm. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve at once in bowl with sauce spooned over cake. Make 6 servings.

These are all lowfat and so yummy you will forget it's good for you. The desert tastes sinful it's so good. Food can be low fat and taste as good as the fattening stuff. Enjoy!

Keep a food diary. Seeing every morsel of food you’ve eaten in a day written down can help you to see where you’re overdoing this, or reveal patterns or triggers to bad ways of eating.
