Hye,can everyone tell me where can i download free vcd to dvd converter.and i want the software that we don't need to install it please i need it.

There's two online converters, but I don't think you can convert VCD to DVD with them.

almost all the programs required to be installed, at least 95%, I know a few programs just use right out of the folder, w/o any installation or anything (i'm using a few). These programs will jus thave one file, thus they don't need any install. Most others are using .dll files (so which, they must be installed). Your program task seem to be a big job (video converter), most likely, you won't be able to find one that doesn't require install. Check out http://download.com.
