A man in Egypt found objects of an ancient civilization. One of those objects was a rock that had the date 48 B.C. (before Christ). Is this possible?

No. There's no way that someone would know that Christ would be born 48 years in the future, so they couldn't put the date 48 BC on anything.

Only if someone in the wrote on it after the A.D/B.C system had been created and left it there...that sounds like a funny thing to do, I'm going to try it holiday sometime.

Not unless someone had labeled the rock, them carefully put it back where they found it thinking that they were doing the next person who was going to find it a favor!

if it was this current year that the man found it, its possible...
it may be real or not
but its possible if he found the rock before 48b.c
olden civilizations date back so long ago even before Christ was born.. so... u know!

think about it if b c=before crist how would they know it was 48 bc i dont think its possible
