Sometimes, I feel like doing so. Give the question a bad rating, or something along the lines of "stupid questioner".

Is it a good idea if we could do that?

No question is stupid. its just the way people write them... i think thumbs down for the people who ask a question and dont consider every answer or dont want to know the answer at all.

Lol,you missed that unfortunately.
We used to have the thumbs up/thumbs down a while agao,but they changed it to the stars.

they took it out in favor of the 'stars' which suck monkey balls.
