Always scared and nervous, with heavy heartbeats, and often, dying of embarrassment, with a red face, and the feeling of being a damn stupid idiot. I have cried, I have been humiliated by people who don't know better, and I have felt so lonely and sad.

Sometimes I have cried so much that I thought my heart would break. I just get to know it is rosacea, a disease that makes me the attention of the crowd- bringing me embarassment.

It is OK, it will clear itself. I had it when in my teens, it is a pain(quite literally through itching) but try e45 cream, or zinc paste avaliable from a chemist.

Hope this helps.

What the hell are you talking about? The idea that having rosacea makes you "...the attention of the crowd..." and "... a damn stupid idiot." is your own emotional baggage. PLENTY OF PEOPLE have rosacea. It doesn't make them stupid. You walk passed them every day. Do you stop, stare, and think of them as an idiot and embarrassment? Rosacea is very treatable with topical metronidazole. You also need to learn to regularly use sunscreen (something EVERYONE should do), and avoid things that exacerbate it like spicy foods. There is also make-up that can cover any remaining redness. Ask your dermatologist to recommend some for you.

You really need to work on your self-esteem. When you project yourself as a stupid, embarrassing, idiot, people are a lot more likely to agree with you than feel sorry for you. That's going to happen whether your the most beautiful person in a room, the person in a wheelchair, or someone with rosacea. If you work on building your personality from the inside, people would be a lot less likely to focus on your outside.

Wikipedia says:
"Rosacea (IPA: [ɹəʊ.ˈzeɪ.ʃə]) is a common but often misunderstood condition that is estimated to affect over 45 million people worldwide."

"The disorder can be confused and co-exist with acne vulgaris and/or seborrheic dermatitis. Rosacea affects both sexes, but is almost three times more common in women, and has a peak age of onset between 30 and 60."

YOU ARE NORMAL

I've seen dermatologists, tried their prescriptions (which mademy rosacea worse) and wasted a fortuneon allsortsoflotions& potions.

I was very self conscious and depressed when nothing ever helped untilI tried this skincare range - http://www.rosacea-remedy.com/remedy.html

It's been fabulous for my rosacea andmy skin is now almost strong enough for me to endure laser therapy soon.

It is a normal skin condition for asians but it is more common in light skinned people.
