Check availability??? There are test that detect cancer. Blood tests, scans, and biopsies are common methods of detecting cancer. Of course, they don't detect cancer if it isn't available. If you mean risk factors, you have to look at a persons medical history. Is there a family history of cancer? Does the person engage in high risk activities like smoking, or working in environments that expose them to carcinogens? That would increase there chances of contracting certain forms of cancer, and I suppose (to use your tern), make it more 'available' to them.

Unfortunately, we come to know that we have cancer only when it gets surfaced. By the time, you are too late. What you will get tested when you look healthy? Only thing is thatn whenever you see some thing abnormal in your body, better go for medical consultation.
