Any fruit is best eaten on its own. It's when you combine it with other foods- cereals, porridge etc, that bloating occurs.

Theres no fruit that gives u a bloated stomach as such - all fruits are great. However, Bananas are a little more filling and can give you the feeling that ur bloating yourself up - try eating oranges, instead, especially at night, after dinner. Have 1 orange after your meal, just make sure you're done eating by 8pm at the latest. The only thing you should have after 8pm is water. Good luck.

Actually, fruit that makes you feel bloated is even better for losing weight, because they make you feel fuller for a longer time. I think the best example of that are pears.

Bananas, while it is not necessary to avoid them, may cause some people to become constipated. Any fruit with edible seeds (strawberry, kiwi, etc.) may cause stomach irritation if you are over-sensitive. Usually vegetables are the bigger cause of bloating; especially those belonging to the cabbage family.

Fruits are great as long as you eat them solo...
Try fruits and veggies with high water content...
Carrots are 99% water, so try them. Another fab veggie is cucumber! Eat an entire one a day, and trust me, you'll lose weight in no time!
Fruits you SHOULD be eating, watermelon, rock melon, and anything else with high water content.
