hi all i am 21 , could you please tell me how to become taller

You could do bone lengthening surgery, which is incredibly painful and incredibly drastic if you are at a height normal for your age. It might be better to just try to love yourself for who you are. You were made this way for a reason, learn to love it!

Chances are you won't get any taller. If you're a male, and have been particularly slow in maturing, you may still have a chance to gain an inch or so. If you're a girl, you have reached your full height years ago. Forget about your height and outward appearance. Work on the inside, it counts a lot more in the long run.
