Qualification is often considered as an entry ticket to company or industry. If the person is fresher and well qualified to that specific post then it meets the requirement of the company. But experience is the practical knowledge which is gained through the process of the companies product, so experience adds more value. Experience is more essential in behalf of good qualification for good job.
