How to treat the siblings as a father as three brothers (age between 3-8) are behaving each others enemy.?

First, make sure that you and mom are not fighting or acting hateful to each other in their presence. They will take notes and practice same. Check yourselves to see if you favor one child over the other or if you allow one to take advantage of the other. Sibling rivalry is normal but they sound as if they need reassurance that you love them all. Try to make each one feel special. They are close in age and maybe each one is jostling for individual attention. Remember that although they are all yours, each child is different and each one has individual needs. Don't clump them up together and say you treat them all the same. Maybe that is the problem. Plan family activities where you can make them spend pleasure time together, doing things as a group. Compliment each one for his own special talents. By the way, how's mom holding up? Is she too stressed out with the three of them to give them quality time? Try giving her some TLC too so that she's relaxed and able to handle them.

Find out why they are behaving the way they are. Are you unknowingly playing favorites? Is one getting more attention or stuff? Is it 2 ganging up on 1 consistently the same ones? take them away camping for the weekend where adventure is the name of the day. walk across streams climb trees put up the tent together all take a part in cooking the food. all things for team building where they have to help each other out. you only have to look at the army etc where all men are brothers. they dont get like that with rivalry. they have to help each other and watch each others back.
