may i know what is the best food or anything at night to eat , before going to bed ...... ususally i feel hungry at night so what u poeple are eating if u feel hungry at night ??

Hi Sohail,

Keep your cut off (stop eating) 2 hours before bedtime. Eat watermelon, carrots, or any other fruit/veggie with lots of water content, or, if you're really hungry, a handful of almonds.

P.S. Don't forget to brush your teeth.

What I take before bed is 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. I sleep like a baby too. Has 93 vitamins and minerals so I am not hungry. Hair and nails grow long and strong. Has cured my acne ater 39 years.

im on a diet just now wel realy im just toneing up but i used to eat toasties before going to bed but now ive changed to a snack a jack or some sort of cracker

Eat some fruit or some namkeen made from poly saturated oil.

I recommend a cup of milk with an apple, these 2 will help you sleep better and have alot of vitamines and minerals and besides wil help you to controling your hunger.
