and does the cinnamon affect the value of the milk like the tea and coffe do to milk??

I have a very experience with cinnamon and milk. the best way is to drink a glass of milk with cinnamon before bed and in the morning lemon squeezed in water with a little honey if you want it sweet.

Cinnamon and milk before bed gives you a perfect sleep!!!! it is very good for your skin and also a very good and healthy food before bed.

Cinnamon reduces menstrual pains of women. I have tried it and believe me it works. it reduces absolutely the pain and premenstrual syndroms as headaches, bad mood etc.

then lemon in the morning is very good for your digestion and a perfect thing for you glowing skin, nails and hair.

try it for a couple of weeks and you will see results in a month of regular use
