The VA had many hospitals and clinics that can hep people with PTSD. My personal experience is that the big hospitals are not as good as the VA Outreach Centers when it comes to people experienced with treating PTSD.

Yes.

The military has hospitals and after discharge there is the VA hospital system.

Unfortunately, every president working under Democrat controlled congresses in the last 50 years has approved cuts in VA and military hospital funding. The Republican controlled congress approved SOME improved funding, but the system is still in need of improvement.

The President can only REQUEST funding... congress has to approve it.
I expect the Democrat controlled congress to continue their tradition of underfunding the military and VA system.

Of course. The VA (Veterans Administration) has a several hospitals that do nothing but treat injured soldiers and former soldiers.
