CHECK YOUR CALF MUSCLES

Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily (**they are NATURAL MUSCLE RELAXERS**) - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.

Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.

The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

i know eating bannanas help also when you take your shoes off always have your slippers beside you to wear. your feet are warm so when you take shoes off and your feet touch the cold floor it's like they they react to it by cramping. think of it when your some place warm and all of a sudden you go somewhere super cold your going to start shivering like crazy. now here comes the crazy part, cold causes cramping on your legs but can also take the cramping away, immediately stand somewhere where the floor is really cold maybe like tile flooring or even your tub o make the pain go away. i know cold causes it and makes it go away it's crazy but it works.

stretch your calves and achilles every night. also check your potassium levels (eat a banana). to stretch stand about 1-2 feet from a wall put 1 foot to the wall lean against the wall keeping the back foot flat. do this with each leg and do it with the back leg both straight and bent. if you have stairs you can let your heel drop off the step and lean forward to balance. to stretch the actual foot just pull it back toward you as hard as you can. you will feel if it is stretching. the last thing that helped me sleep through the night was advil before bed. good luck
