it is possible that Lindsay Lohan had surgery on her arm because in order to lose fat on your arm it will take a long time but when you do surgery it only take about 2 weeks.

The way to made your arm smaller is to do arm exercise to get rid of the fat on your arms.

Surgery is risky, so exercising, dieting and taking diet pills is still safer.
