He is nise ....but i dont like hem ...like a man. What i do???

There is no way to tell him that will not hurt him in some way, but the best way to soften the blow is point out all of his good attributes and what you like about him before telling him, that you don't want to hurt him and you respect him enough not to lead him on, but you just don't have "those" types of feelings for him.

Just let him know that while you appreciate his friendship and don't want that to end, you're not looking for something serious at the moment. There is no way to really know how he'll take it because every person acts differently and takes things differently, but be nice about it.

Tell him that you think that your relationship as friends would be better than boy and girl. And that you don't wont to lose him as a friend. If he is a good friend his response would "I rather have as a friend, than not have you around at all."

He's going be hurt regardless of how you say it. If they didnt hurt they wouldnt call them "Crushes".

go away for two weeks. then act like he's just your friend, maybe introduce him to somebody as your friend or something

just tell him asap...dun leave him hangin and then reject him...it'll hurt him a lot more if u give him false hope
