prostate cancer would be the most painful especially during treatments...
being diagnosed with diabetes I, or even II has the potential of being your worse living nightmare if not carefully managed 24/7... do not ignore...
we're talking blindness, strokes, amputations of limbs and all around changes in the quality of life for you and loved ones... very nasty desease
