Everyday minimum 8 hours sleep must. You take 8 hours sleep everyday. Yu take everyday vegetable soup. Especially Pumpkin Soup. You take more potatoes in your routine food.Example (Potatoe Ships). Another one idea (you don't alone). Always mix with happiest people and friends.

I am not sure, but does your low weight is causing you any problem, side effects or something? You may not be increasing your weight untill you find the root cause of your low weight. Are you sure that the problem is because you eat less? Definitely, in that case you need to start eating more. Start having very heavy breakfast. In the morning we normally are very hungry and hence can eat a lot. You can search about balance diet on net anytime.
Sometimes, the root cause of the physical problems can be in actually in mentality. Just give a thought on this.

I hope that you meant 42 kilos. Still if you did you need to go to a doctor. That convers to 92.5 lbs roughly, and depending on your hieght that is probably to thin.
If you are 420 lbs, you weigh to much so stop eatting.
If you are 42 lbs, that the guys advice above: go to the nearest hospital you are about to die.
