the largest "domesticated" cat you can own legally in the US IS a "domesticated" housecat. Any other cat is a "wild" cat, and would be illegal to own except by special permit under special circumstances. If you think bobcats are aggressive, you are in for a surprise....other wild cats are even more aggressive. Leave wild animals where they belong....in the wild, NOT in someones home. Wild animals, especially wild cats should never be kept as pets. If you like wild cats then help them survive in the wild by preserving their habitat, not by owning one because you think it is "cool". Why not adopt a cat that looks like a wild cat, they breed them for that now. Bengals and Ocicats have that "wild" cat look.

i might hate to have a existence without pets. even however on the different hand I consider a clamp down on breeding on considerable different and babies animals. (the two farm and pets). There are a techniques too many puppy proprietors letting animals breed, oftentimes not even proceeding too and the animals finally end up homeless. Theres additionally problems in this united states of animals for meat being over produced. yet farmers could shop up with quotas. Our interior reach shops have pallets packed with meat that bypass right now to the bin without even being located on the shelf. i don't bypass so a techniques as questioning the completed animal breeding company could be banned altogether even yet it does want an overhaul. on the puppy component there's a distinction between a strategies-blowing breeder who has a waiting checklist for each kitten she produces, and purely produces in some circumstances to maintain call for up, and somebody who indiscriminately we could there cat get knocked up by potential of each and every passing tom a number of situations a three hundred and sixty 5 days. there's a bypass between the two.

There's a hybrid called a "cheeto". It's a mix of a asian jungle cat and a large domestic breed. Males get to 25 lbs. We have alot of cats and I would LOVE to get one myself. The last ad I saw was asking 800 dollars for one.

In some states, it is illegal to own a wild animal for a pet. It is illegal in our state. So check with the city animal shelter to see if it is OK or not. They would know the answer.
