I have had this problem for many years and how I got rid of my dark cicles was with water. Toxins are overloading your kidneys so it comes out as dark circle. I drink 2-4 gallons of water per day. You would probably do well with 6-8 glasses. I also take 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to clean out my system.

Many causes. Serious physical illness. Lack of proper sleep. Lack of proper nutrition. Stress, normal aging.

Try getting more sleep and drinking more water.

I've noticed in myself that being well hydrated helps alot.

Good luck.

Lack of sleep. Or old age. ...wait! there's one more - a punch in the eye for sleeping with your girl friend's boyfriend. Which REALLY hurts!

Lack of good quality sleep and good quality water. Its your kidneys way of telling you I NEED MORE WATER. Your water aids your kidneys to flush out the toxins in your body. The solution is just so simple. Good luck and good night.
