Yes, it is possible that your cat could be pregnant. Chances are good that if she is or has been exposed to an un-neutered male while she was in heat, not to mention the fact that you already suspect it, then she probably is pregnant. Some common signs are: changes in eating habits (usually increased appetite), weight gain in the stomach area, swollen nipples, behaviorial and/or personality changes, and grooming habits (which usually include more frequent cleaning around the vaginal area).
There are many good websites that can offer tips, ideas, teaching and training techniques, and general knowledge of caring for cats and kittens. Evidently, you were not made aware of the importance of spaying and neutering pets in a timely manner if you don't want to become a "grandparent".
If your cat really is going to have kittens, enjoy them and I would recommend a visit to the vet after delivery, because the mother can easily get pregnant again before you know it.

when my cat was pregnant there would be flakes of dried up milk around her nipples. Her nipples also grew in size. One more thing is that you can actually feel the kittens inside of her. You can feel them right above her nipple.

well first things first, why do you suspect your cat may be pregnant? has her behaviour changed? is she getting fatter? I would suggest taking her to your vet to get her properly checked out. Like pregnant humans, cats tend to get that 'nesting' instinct more when they're pregnant.

Yes, it's possible... and I would imagine you could feel her stomach and see if you can feel little walnut size lumps which would be her kittens...
GOOD LUCK
