To become fat and strong one needs to have regular food habits. Have a very good breakfast, take lot of fresh juice, fruits etc. Both the quantity and the quality are important in the food habit. Good amount of exercise and hard work are necessary to remain strong.

Be happy that you are not fat now. As time goes by , the body fats increase and wt gets added in various parts especially if one does not exercise and eats lots of food. Of course, if you are too thin, then it is advisable to drink tea of hibiscus flowers, pineapple juice, sweets like gujia, son papri, gajar burfi,imerthi, gevar etc made of desi ghee. The best and easiest way to become fat, of course, is do meditation for half an hour in the morning and evening under the guidance of an experienced spiritual teacher.

Hmm Raahi y u wanna b fat??Strenght and putting weight are 2 different things.Eat banana and a glass of milk everyday.This'll increase ur strenght and make u fat 2.Look exercise everyday to stay in shape n healthyEat lots of fruits n water.Remember an apple a day keeps a doc away.Plumpy body looks yuck.Inner energy is more imp.

i don' know how old r u. If u r healthy then why u thinkibg of becoming fat as now a days everyone wants to be slim. Actually i'm 30 year old mother of a 3 years old daughter and still weighing only 40 kgs. have a good diet and excercise regularly. thats all. health is a wealth.

I think what hes asking is how to become Fat and strong..Eat 70% carbs 30% proteins. Lift light weights to warm up. Then pay more attention to the bigger weights. you'll become a big brick house.

strength is not mean as fat, real strength is inner quality, and if u have to make ur body properly or for fitness, u should do normal excersice, if u know Surya Namaskar, u do it and dont take the junk food, u get the food which is noemal food,
