Anybody else suffered from motion sickness and learnt to drive? Would it be best to take an intensive course?

Motion sickness is in most cases caused by the eyes. Sometimes it is also caused by the eare but mostly by the eyes.

perseved motion sickness is a mental condition that is more of a fear than an actual physical reason. Many have this problem and that is only cured by the person himslef but can be helped with caouncelingt.

Yes doing the same thing over and over will tend to overcome this problem if it is a real thing. There aremedications but be fery carefull of them because many make you drousy.

Many people are very ill in airplanes but most of the time that is the fear aspect and not real motion sickness.

I think it would be more preferable to cure the motion sickness. Try taking ground Ginger capsules. They work. They will cure the motion sickness. I had them last year on a cruise and they cleared it up within hours, far far better than sickness tablets. No side effects, and they work!!

I didn't have any problems driving.
How can an intensive course help?
Did you hear about people who went to see Russell Crowe's movie I think it was called Master and Commander, they went out of the theatre vomiting because of the ocean scenes..motion sickness.

Keep exposing yourself to motion sickness situations. Do not close your eyes, make sure you are looking at a stationary object so your inner ear does not lose its sense of balance (the reason you get sick) . In time you will become more used to it until it eventually goes away.
