I am sorry, but if parents don't have papers, you won't be able to get them..
The UKC and APBT 'papers' are a carefully recorded pedigree, with all generations kept on file with the kennel club..If the lineage is broken by one parent being unregistered, then no future offspring can be registered..
What the registration is, is a record of the genealogy of your dog..You pay the fee for the kennel club to record each dog forever..so it's offspring will always have a pedigree..(unbroken family tree) It is much like a birth certificate being recorded in the county office..
I am sorry to tell you that the answer below is wrong..NO way to register (UKC) without a the parents being recorded, and a signed application from the breeder..

the only clubs that will do that are the puppy mill registries, that don't mean a thing..such as Continental Kennel Club, or American Pet Registry.

If the dog and it's parents don't have papers, the best you can do is get the kind of registration that says the dog is a certain breed, but you won't be able to breed that dog. For the AKC it's called an ILP #. The UKC has the same thing.

If the parents were notregistered neither can your puppy sorry. You might talk to who you got it from and see if maybe the grandparents had papers. If you can trace back and find a realtive with one you may be able to get htem papers. Not sure how much it will cost all my dogs came with their papers. It is not worth getting the papers unless you are going to breed or show them though. That is all they are good for.

If the parents aren't registered, you can't register your dogs either.

Only one of those non-reputable "kennel clubs" would allow you to register your dogs. And frankly that is a waste of time and money, as those registrations aren't worth the paper their printed on.

I will keep it short. NO. I have a pure breed Mini Schnauzer with no papers. It is impossible to get AKC. UKA CKC or any reputable organization if the parents did not have papers.
