Well my English coastal village has a wiccan high priest, a few assorted wiccans and hedgewitches as well as a druid or two.
Don't know about any other villages.

Just a bunch of middle - class kids who think they are dark. This is only in my town and my town sucks. I bet there is places where REAL witchcraft is performed properly and safely with people who know what they are doing
