This is my second child and Ive heard that symptoms can come as early as up to 1 week after conception.
I have been spotting and Im more tired than normal. Plus Im feel nauseous quite freakently now. Could I be pregnant again?

tiredness and spotting could be just a normal period if its only after one week. or it could be symptoms of pregnancy. best bet is to take one of the 7 day pregnancy tests or go see your doctor. that will only tell you yes or no.

You could be
Tiredness is caused by an increase in HPT levels in the blood - but just to make sure take a test or visit your dr.

if you see that you fell nauseous & your period is irregular & you had not seen any blood during 1 month ago ,all of them is symptoms of be pregnant

yes, it is normal thing, u r tired, it may be sometimes, u can be pragnent but u dont depress, u go to the sexologist, have a nice day
