BMI is a very inaccurate judge of ideal health for a lot of people. With myself, I'm a large framed, muscular man. My ideal body weight according to BMI is around 170lbs. However, I've had my body fat measured and it showed that my lean body mass (ie- the mass of my body not counting fat) is around 190lbs. It's not an end-all rule to your weight or mass, it's just a guideline.
There are various forms of diet and exercise plans that you may be succesful with, but it very much depends on your body, your metabolism, your lifestyle, and your schedule.
I can offer you this advice though: You want to focus on calories from protein and fiber, not avoiding fat and carbs but not indulging in them. You want to focus on light aerobic excercise you can maintain for long periods, and you want to make sure that you do a variety of these kind of excercises as your body will get used to things if you only focus on one exercise or machine.

The Trim System Body Kit is really good. It focuses on the Protein Plus Diet created by the Better Life Institute which encourgages healthy balanced eating for a lasting lifestyle change.
It also comes with delicious meal supplements like protein bars and shakes and natural supplements like CLA, Citrimax and Chromatemeate so you will curb your appetite and retain muscle while you are losing fat.
For excercise it comes with DVDs that only take 10 minutes per day and focus on the four basics of cardio, weight bearing, core and stretching.
This is simply the easiest, most natural and complete program I know of.
Follow the link below if you'd like to order it.

I have to laugh. Models starve themselves and get breast implants. These Barbie dolls are not real. In the real world if you starve yourself you lose fat, and that means your breasts shrink. Then you have some balloons stuck in there, and it looks artificial too. You want to be like that?
Look, eat rabbit food and meat. Just cut out the sweets and empty calories. Get on a serious exercise program that develops your anaerobic capabilites and strength. The eliptical machine is a good exercise and fun too. The total gym is great for developing strength at any pace you desire, light or heavy. Go for strength and endurance an let your "looks" take care of themselves.

To me, a REAL BEAUTIFUL girl doesn't look like a MODEL!!!! I am 156 cm tall with great body figure, and i am so glad about it. i was told that i was FAT in past two years, but today, many people say i look great...it's not that i'm praising myself, but just to let you know that i look like a normal girl, feeling good and I DON"T WANT to be as skinny as a MODEL! that's the last thing i'll so on earth.
Since the day i've been told that i have extra pounds (even if i don't see that i was fat, daaa....), I do simple exercise for ten minutes a day, for seven days ( at the beginning, then you can change to 20 mins a day, for three days), sometimes i jog, do yoga, or just walk up and down the stairs at my home.
Then, you have to be discipline with your eating habit. Take breakfast. NEVER EVER skip breakfast. Then, have lunch, tea, dinner and light supper. Eat BALNACED diet.
Today, i enjoy eating every meal, i eat ice cream and chocolate too. I never starve myself, because that is a wrong way to get thinner! I'll never let myself in hunger! Today, i am trying to maintain my body shape, hoping i'll never lost track! GOOD LUCK!

Eat well, workout well. Have a healthy balance of both. Go to the gym. Be regular, put in that extra effort. Get guidance, say from a trainer or someone.

If you absolutely HAVE to pick a model to emulate, pick Heidi Klum or Claudia Schiffer (sp?). They are realistic human beings who concentrate on staying healthy by leading healthy lifestyles. They just happen to make money by being beautiful. Read up on the way they live but don't try to copy models, that's just lame.

Depends upon your BMI, goals, and timeline. It is not hard, just requires dedication. By the way, models are TOO thin so don't compare yourself to them. They are that thin so the cloths change fast, not because it looks good.
