You are absolutely right, all atrocities are equally wrong. Hitler was only involved in atrocities on a larger scale, and against those who are currently shaping public opinion in the West. That is why he is made to be the worst. Not to say that Hitler as a person, suffered from mental illness and that would, to a degree, affect the way he would be judged by God. Alongside of Hitler there are today Western world leaders who perpetrate atrocities in Asia, and in my opinion, they are as guilty as Hitler. But because public opinion is manipulated by the media, only those who can think for themselves, and are not blind, can see it. It is further my opinion that a nation, or people, who are more advanced in their spiritual values, and in the eyes of God, suffer more from injustice by those who are in worldly power. It is a way of their purification. Their victory over the aggressors who oppress them is on the spiritual plane and on the plane of moral values, rather than on the plane of economic wealth and military power.
Just compare the worth of Gandhi as a human being with that of George Bush, and say no more.

Adolf Hitler was beyond bad....by your name and attitude you are probably thinking I will go on about the Jews. Well, Adolf had approximately 90,000 Muslims murdered. More than 2 million Christians murdered. 40 million Russian prisoners and civilians murdered.
On your second point, if the British were so bad, why has there not been peace in all parts of the former India since the British left. Why are your governments, utilities, and railroads still based on the British model.
If you wish to speak of atrocities in India, i would tell you to study the massacres and human torture during the flight of Muslims to Pakistan and Hindus out of Pakistan as soon as the British left.......and it wasn't the British that killed Gandhi.

You are missing the point. Hitler was a really bad boy. History is full of bad boys. Every nation has produced bad boys. The trick here is on which side of the world you are and who wrote your history.I'm positive that the Indians have a hell of a lot more to say about the Brits than they have for Hitler. Just because Hitler gets the rap it doesn't mean he is alone. Uncle Joe Stalin was the real thing. Hitler has a bout 6 million in his name. Joe has over 20 million in his concentration camps. Hitler is a rank amateur. But he lost the war he gets the rap. Can you name any American atrocities in Vietnam?? I bet you the Vietnamese can. The victor rights the History. Every culture has its own political myths. If you want the to find out it is all there in documents dig and you will find amazing things.

What answer are you really looking for? Someone to say that it was no big deal that millions died in a world war and that Jews were rounded up and killed for being Jewish? Or maybe you are just trying to gain some attention by posing a question in which you already know the answer?
There is no justification for many of history's events.... but the atrocities of another person or nation do not redeem or offer any excuse for the atrocities of another individual.

Hitler is a Hollywood thing. Hollywood is a Jew thing. Not to say one or the other is predominately good nor bad, but the fact is most people get their education from popular media. WWII represents some of the first history preserved on film. Imagine what kind of perception of Jesus we'd have today if film had been in use back then.
Bang around on the internet and you will find Hitler as the first and last argument to all things political, religious, and philisophical.

To prove themselves good some people had to create an icon of evil so they created one.
However, hitler was really bad but there are others too as bad as he, finally it comes to your syllabus and media, how they portray them.

It all depends one who your asking. Some view him a murderer and some view him as a hero. I remain neutral on the matter and all I say is that he was great leader if he could summon so many to his command.
