Umm... i'd say it depends....
'Coz how would you say that a person have a natural hair?
Anyone can change their hair style whenever they want to.
Like if a girl has a natural straight hair and had it curled or styled to something else, would you still say that it's natural?
With lots of advance technology out there, we could really never tell if one is natural or not.

Mine is curly!!!
Yeah, I think that a lot of it depends on ethnicity and race. Like, I'm Italian and everybody in my family has wavy to curly hair of varying degrees.
