I get angry/frustrated very easily, I worry what others think about me I have zero self confidence. I think to myself, well they probably think this or that about me so I might as well act that way even though I'm not like that, it makes me very angry.

It sounds like social anxiety disorder. There's meds for it, cognitive behavioural therapy would help alot too. Look it up, and see if it sounds like you.

More simply, I think you need to increase your self esteem, and not care what others think of you anyways. There's a saying: "We wouldn't care so much what others though of us, if we knew how little they did." It's true. How long do you spend thinking about other's faults?

It doesn't sound like a "disorder" per se, it more sounds like you know what's wrong with you - poor self esteem. You need to take stock of the kind of person that you are, and the kind of person that you want to be. Then set yourself a plan as to what sort of choices you want to make in order to become the person you want to be - whether that's enrolling in courses to gain knowledge, doing volunteer work, recontacting old friends, seeing a therapist, signing up with a gym, meeting new people, etc., etc. Everyone occasionally feels the way you do feel, it's when this becomes a constant pattern and distresses you that it's time to do something about it.

you should have a self-control..you can control your feelings by counting 1-10..its funny but it will help you a lot..i learn about this in my theology class and my prof. is telling the truth..it will help to ease your anger/frustration..and don't mind what others will say bout you..think that they envy you..and it is YOU who know yourself very much..be proud of what you are..
