I'm downloading a video file with file extentions .r01, .r02 etc... what program opens these files.

winrarwill unpack 'em. also, there may be par or par2 files, get a program call quickpar for 'em, they repair and check the rar files.

Wait until all of the files are completely done because these extensions mean that the actual files were split up into multiple parts and then compressed.

This is so old and an annoying way to share files but some idiots still do it.

After all of the files are done, you need a program like WinRAR to decompress all of them and piece them together to get you the entire file back.

That I believe are ISO Images.You wil need a program such as:PowerISO,which you can download a free trail at their homesite:www.PowerISO.com and if you're happy with it,you can purchase it from them for: $29.95 , It covers every extension that there is.
