I've been reading a lot of different sites with people asking about putting honey in hair. First and foremost, no your hair will not turn white when you put it in your hair regardless of your hair color. Honey does not have a staining, permanent pigmentation.

Honey is made by bees from the nectar of flowering plants and trees. It is high in vitamins and minerals, and has wonderful benefits for the skin and hair. Honey is a good humectant and emollient, serving as a good moisturizer and conditioner.

The best way to add honey to your hair is Add a teaspoon of honey to a teaspoon of shampoo, or use honey by itself as a wonderful hair pack and conditioner.

Work 1/2 cup through your hair (using more or less according to your hair length).

Put a plastic shower cap or bag over the hair for 20 to 30 minutes to let your body heat optimize the conditioning benefit of the honey, then shampoo and rinse thoroughly.

Um...I'm not sure what you're asking. Why are you putting honey in your hair? Is it shampoo with honey as an ingredient?
Anyways, if you're applying raw honey to your hair it won't tchange the color of your hair. Because your hair is so dark * black* you would probably need a chemical process to actually change the color!
Hope that helps! :]

Honey? Do you mean the same honey you put in your tea or are you referring to honey highlights as in hair dye?
