It's not just problems accessing sites. As you may know Vista comes with a new and "improved" WGA (Windows Genuine Advantage). This is supposed to check your version of windows and make sure it's legit. If it's a pirated copy, the system shuts down on you in 72 hours. It's called "Reduced Functionality Mode". About all you can do is turn your PC on, run cmd, and browse files with Internet Explorer. All programs cease to function, and your desktop, start menu, and taskbar eventually disappear. The problem is that A LOT of people who's copy of Vista IS legit are having WGA malfunction and telling them their copy is pirated. So, in three days their PC will become a very expensive night-light. If it was just a few people claiming this I'd say they were just doing something wrong or the copies weren't legitimate. But if you check out this site:
http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=1004&SiteID=25
you'll see pages and pages of people who's copies of Vista are tanking on them. Fun huh?
Worse yet when Vista threatens to shut down, you're given a chance to re-validate over the internet (before it's cut off). Quite a few of these people have tried that only to be told that their product key is invalid.
What's Microsoft's catchy ad-line for Vista? Oh Yeah, "The WOW starts now"
If that's not enough to get you to wait, check out some of the many gaming and PC forums, the general consensus, especially amongst people, like gamers and graphic artists, who need their PC to perform well, is that Vista is a big, fat, bloated resource hog that moves as slow as a snail.
...wow

I may not be 100% correct in figures but i would be close.
When Windows XP was released it was around 200MB installation files.
And Windows XP SP1 is around 120MB in size.
So 120 MB of code to fix 200 MB of code.
I think it would be similar lines for Vista
Wait till SP1 releases.
If you still need help you can get back to me. :)

If you wanna be the guinea pig, go for it. If you're not in a rush, sit back and wait.
