there could be 3 answers to the question. the first one i will say that she does love you and truly means it. i'm not sure if you it back to her or not. the second thing is that she is really insecure and telling you that she loves you reinforces in her mind that you feel the same way and she is happy to think that you do. the third one is she could be really possessive and not letting you have anyone around you and try to alienate you from your friends so she can control you. hope it helps
