You can't calculate the ASVAB, it's an aptitude test. Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. It shows what you have the aptitude, or innate ability, to learn. The different branches break in down into different areas, electrical, mechanical, etc., so that they know what positions (jobs) you will have the best chance of learning. This should have been explained to you when you took the test.

Not quite sure if you can calculate your own score, passing for the Army is 31 and to get some mos choices you should aim for 50 and better, honestly aim for a 100 and there are sub scores called line scores. This is your general technical scores, your maintenace, combat operations scores and so on...You need to take your asvab at a MEPS or school somewhere and let the computers calculate your score.

My kids, 2 sons and a daughter got their results from their recruiter. Then he explained what that meant to them in the eyes of the branch they were looking at. Talk to your recruiter. (My daughter got a 99% for the Marines and one sone got a 93% for Army National Guard Reserve and the other one got an 87% for the Army.
