I use non fat mayo but you can also use lowfat or nonfat yogurt as well.

A little lemon or lime juice will give it some taste and is not fattening,or a little olive oil and vinegar would do fine

mix non fat plain yogurt with little bit of real mustard (the one that is very spicy) and add a little bit of salt - its like the closest you can get to mayo without much calories.
