A little lemon or lime juice will give it some taste and is not fattening,or a little olive oil and vinegar would do fine

make a fruit salad use mayo put a few or to the taste to you liking you will be fine

mix non fat plain yogurt with little bit of real mustard (the one that is very spicy) and add a little bit of salt - its like the closest you can get to mayo without much calories.
