Because we are men, and they are women. As much as you would like us all to be ambiguous... we are not. What, naturally, turns women on to men... is just that... their manliness... number one on that list... Confidence. If you are too afraid to even approach a girl... well... then everything else is out the window too. Just man up, and go ask her, or the next girl, or that other one out.

I think it's a tradition that is handed down from generation to generation. I guess girls feel that us men approaching them is 'the manly thing to do'.

Each and every one of them honestly believe that the entire world revolves around them. Guys come to them, that just makes sense in their world-view. Thinking of any possible alternative would hurt their pretty little heads.
