Why assume I'm Christian? Try not to assume; it's maybe THE barrier to communication. Jerks - your behavior alienates people, and validates your own idiocy. I'm athiest. (see my Q&A) Many didn't consider the word, "claim". People can be other than what they claim to be. I asked ?'s cuz I saw news, poll #'s, reports of prejudice. Although I am very open, I haven't experienced much of that. Wanted to find what those prejudiced 1's thought about us, why they hate us, what they thought we were up to. Thought a lot of them would answer. Instead I felt a bit hated by some of the athiests, how ironic! I liked Diane (you sound wonderful), and nondescript, and Boop (with reservations). Gave it to hog b mostly for style and because s/he kinda got to the core. By the way, I think, those news reports are incorrect, we # more, and HOW WE TREAT EACH OTHER IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHETHER OR NOT WE BELIEVE IN GOD.

You are so right! It is more important how we treat each other rather than our belief system!! Be who you want to be, but judge others in the same manner. You'll get no violation from me!

Making a comment in the questions section is considered a violation by yahoo, but I don't see it as a real problem. In your case, you have asked a question "Is this some kind of violation". Your comment is also of the questioning variety, re-read it and count your question marks. I too am an atheist, maybe it would be a good idea to take a pole of who is? The only problem with that is would you get your question in front of enough people? By that I mean would the answers you got be truly representative? I agree with your last comment that the way we treat each other is more important than the beliefs we hold to, they are in most cases a result of upbringing. (Didn't see your last question, so not sure of what some of the stuff you refer to relates to).

Why are you so angry? Take a deep breath. I wouldn't dislike you due to a religion or lack thereof. If your attitude sucks, then I believe that you'd be fair game. To answer your question(yep it's a question) No it is not a violation, since you still asked something. Just don't go around and be one of those atheists that tell others what they do and don't believe in the second that church is mentioned(it's a put off) and yes I said "one of those" as in I'm not "one of those" christians that go around waving crosses at things ranging from black cats to the mail man. Why is this in "Etiquette"? And for the "Jerk" comment; only my closest friends call me a jerk, and even they get rationed insults. Learn from your own words..."HOW WE TREAT EACH OTHER IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHETHER OR NOT WE BELIEVE IN GOD."

oohh, You seem pretty cool. do you youtube?
Your avatar looks kind of like a squashed face Orlando Bloom, interesting. (don't comment on mine, I'm having difficulties making a tolkien character. we have issues)

Yes it IS a violation
if it is a comment and not a question
but-- you're saved (pardon the expression here / seeing that you are an athiest) by the fact that you asked if it is some kind of violation ---- I think---- hell (pardon me again )-- now I'm confused----ahhhhhhh---- SO----- never mind !!!!!!!!

Your opinion! A violation, sure, it could be. However, I don't take the time to violate, so have a great day! God bless****

sounds like you are a square peg in a round hole. revel in it dont let the views of others rile you. your belief is just as valid as mine or anyone elses. let others look down on you, who cares! none of these people have to look you in the mirror.
