It's their Mujew
(Jewish Mojo)

I have been an honorary MOT (member of the tribe) ever since I went to college. My best friends were all Jewish. My partner is Jewish, although he frequently points out that I'm more Jewish than he is. I bought our mezzuzah, I found a really beautiful menorah. I keep trying to get him to agree to hold a seder. He's just not interested...

I was in Paris in the Marais. Half gay, half orthodox Jewish. It was really cool to see gay guys holding hands on one side of the street and orthodox rabbis holding court on the other. I found a deli: Jo Goldenberg's. I had the BEST chopped live I've ever had. And cheesecake. You figure: french cuisine plus Jewish recipes: it was really marvelous.

Shalom!
