I found a wonderful website showing you how to make bows, with lots of pictures to illustrate what they are saying.

Second website is free step-by-step instructions. scroll to bottom past the advertisements. Third one is selling a bow-maker. I'd think any craft store could help you. like Joann's or Michael's I'm sure there are lots of books out there, maybe even on Amazon.com.
