This is not for us to judge.

As much as it galls me to say it, this is completely between God and this person.

Who are we to say that this person repented completely and absolutely before death?

Yes, I would rather such a person end up in the fires below, but it is not my call, is it?

As a Muslim who detested Saddam, I asked my mentor this very same question. This man had lost many sons to Saddam and almost been killed by the man himself. He had lost family members, brothers tortured and broken, robbed of their ancestral lands. If anyone had a right to be vindictive it was him.

I asked how could such a creature be forgiven after his atrocities. This man, a wise Sufi Muslim who comes from love of humanity, reminded that this was not my affair. Not his either. This matter lay solely between Saddam and Allah.

However, the law of karma would dictate that such a person would have a lot of work ahead of them and a lot of pain to go through in the future.

We are just human, we do not really know, nor shall we ever. This is why He is God. He has His own way of doing things.

So long as you have breath in your lungs, you have the chance for forgiveness. How can such an act of forgiveness be negative on someone's character? Is being generous a negative trait? Besides, how can someone need more than Infinite Grace? If one were to say that it was impossible for such a man to be saved, then you would say that God cannot make pardon for someone's sin, and if you do that you make God to be a weak being. No. I call him Supreme. That is why each person can find redemption.

Well, the good book doesn't say Jesus saves everyone but child molesters. God has forgiveness beyond our comprehension. And as posted before me, it is not for us to say. I believe that all of us are guilty of something, which makes us no better than those we judge.

Yes, they can have His forgiveness. We all sin and fall short of what God wants of us. Acceptance of Jesus and belief in Him as Their Lord and Savior and belief that He is God's only begotten Son and they repent (to turn away from) of that sin, is what God requires for forgiveness.

We are born sinful. All of us are. We are all liars, thieves, adulterers, murders, fornicators, full of hate and gossup. That is why Jesus gave His life so that we can be forgiven.

When we sin, we mess up our lives and the lives of others. If we have wronged someone else, we must ask for their forgiveness too.

Jesus, died on the cross and became our blood sacrifice so that we can be forgiven for our sins no matter what they are.

Uh..no! That's just my personal opinion though, I have no idea how God will really judge them but since that is something they like and rarely change, I wouldn't think they'd be that remorseful about it. I'm sure a few can repress those feelings and maybe some do change but, from what I've viewed, not many do. That's just something horrible that scars too many people. I think God knows if you just stopped doing something and were truly sorry or if you just got a little craftier in hiding who you really are. Either way, it's totally sick and I have no sympathy for any of them!

What difference does it make if it was their own child? What kind of freak are you? God wont do a damn thing against or for Child molesters. They should get life on death row with out parole. The death penalty is too good for them.

N-O! PERIOD. Alot of my friends and myself have been raped. One being raped by their stepfather(closest to this situation you asked for). In all my studies of my religeons God will not forgive it. No not even in Catholism where if you confess you'll be forgiven. BULL FRIKEN SPIFF! A) personally I believe that was originally bullcrap created by the church to get coinage when paid for such blessings. and B) even if god does somewhat forgive, that does not mean that the rapist gets to go to heaven. Probably means they get stuck in purgatory instead of hell. Maybe have to live many more good lifes to make up for it. But I still think it is a bad mark on their life and spiritual record.

first of all it does say that all sins are forgiven.
only one sin is not forgiveable.

but there are sins unto death, and if a person cannot make restoration then the sin is unto death. murder and rape are such sins unto death.

but a few thousand years in hell will prove a soul that repentance in necessary. then again all it takes is true repentance and calling upon the name of the LORD.

what a person is saved from is another subject of discusson. and what a person has when saved from Hell, is also debateable.

"You were handed this precious gift.
Each one of you granted redemption from the Creator.
Murderers, rapists and molesters....all of you, you just have to repent....and God takes you into his bosom.
In all the worlds in all the universe....no other creature can make such a boast, save Man." - Gabriel
