go for it if you wait too long you might miss the chance. I am a 38 yr. old woman and am having a great relationship with a man that is 33 yrs. old we have alot in common and have a great time together.Age means not when you end up really into one another, most people these days do not mention differences in age.And if they do then they are HIPPOCRITS because at one time in their lives they were seeing someone older or younger,my daughter is 20 and her fiance is 27 they have a beautiful 8 month old little girl themselves.most people get along when they are not the exact same age. Do not wait too long to make the first move or you just might lose out to someone who does have the nerve to move in befor you get too.Just to let you know,I was the one who made the first move once I knew he was interested in me as much as I was him.I had learned a long time ago time is not worth wasting, not enough time in this life to procrastinate or you will be the one to lose on a chance of happiness.Love and happiness do not come very often in our short life time, better to try and see what happends then to miss out on something that could of been wonderful.

What should you do? Take a math class because 23 - 18 = 5! not 3!

At work? You want some honest advice? Age is not even a part of this equation ... office romances are a no-no. It will cause discomfort for other employees should the two of you decide to give it a go. Jealousy will inevitably rear its ugly little head causing your work to suffer, and what affects your work, affects others work - this is not fair to dedicated employees. Keep your personal life seperate from the office, and this is not possible in the case of an office romance.

I really think that age does not matter when it comes to relationships. If you like this girl than I think that you should go for it. Everyone is always making a big deal about how the guy has to ALWAYS be older than the girl. But I am older than my boyfriend and we are fine.
If you really like her I think that you should go for it. Good luck.
