Anything can be a trigger - usually its sounds or the lunar cycle (within 3 days of a full moon) however any sort of stimuli could cause a seizure

Not really unless it stresses the dog out.. Stress usually brings them on.. or too much activity.. it is electrons in the brain that are over active that trigger the seizures..

Our dog that had the cluster seizures would become very complacent about an hr before he would start having them.. another sign was his tongue would become discolored on the grayish side.

So if your dog gets stressed out in the weather then it could possibly trigger epilepsy.. but dogs are dogs and weather is just a fact of life for them...

GOOD LUCK

any change in the weather and air pressure can cause an epileptic seizure to start. be especially careful with drastic weather changes such as hot to cold or vise versa. thunder storms can also be a major trigger.
