The legal system only helps people with money. My docs say I can't handle a court trial right now. No one in the company believes me when I tell the truth.

Do you have a mental illness? I'm assuming you do, since this is the mental health category.

Does your work place know about your illness? If not, get a statement from your doctor and make sure it gets filed at work.

It's against the law to discriminate against the mentally ill. They will probably back off if they have a statement from your doctor.
It worked for me.

If your work place continues to harrass you after they have documentation from your doctor, then contact EEOC, (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). I provided a link below. You can contact them first if you like, but they are going to tell you to get a doctor's statement for your workplace.

I was afraid of disclosing my illness at work, but I finally did and I am treated much better than before. I should have done it years earlier.

if you are sure of the abuse, which is more common with mentally ill people, then you can file a complaint in the court of law.
