21 years old to gamble in any casino. The rules still apply even to the indian casino's.

Depends on the Casino. Trust me, I've done a LOT of research about this in the last few weeks. Probably about 40% of indian casinos let 18 year olds gamble, and the rest are 21.

It depends on the casino everywhere...here in Washington 18 you can gamble in town at the card rooms..and at the Indian Casinos which all serve alcohol, but only in the Lounge at the Indian Casinos...which still allow you too smoke here as well! So it really depends on the casino you are asking about as all are different....depending on local laws...really!

Some say 18, but I am sure its 21. That is the legal age to gamble and drink.

there are a few casinos in northern cali where you can gamble if you are 18. everywhere else, esp where they serve alcohol is 21 and older.
